Requirements for Registration

VentureCast is a private network of qualified investors and entrepreneurs. The following rules apply to all parties who register. Also, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more specific information.

NOTE: Each investor and entrepreneur requires APPROVAL before being listed on the website.

Rules

1. You MUST be an Qualified Investor or an Entrepreneur with a company raising capital. Brokers, vendors or other parties are restricted due to confidentiality concerns and respect of our members privacy.

2. If you are an Investor, you MUST be an accredited Investor. (See Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Regulation D)

3. All communications between Investors and Entrepreneurs must be professional and respectful of each parties time. If there complaints of misuse of the application, VentureCast reserves the right to remove a users access.
